1939 High Sierra Cabin

Exterior renovations included leveling the floor, shoring up the foundation, reframing, insulating, and installing new air, vapor, and weather barriers. Some windows were enlarged to capture the lake views, and the team constructed new wooden windows to match the existing historic ones.

Interior renovations included refitting the kitchen and bathroom, replumbing all water and propane systems, installing new appliances and fixtures, including an on-demand hot water heater, installing pine planks as an interior wall finish, and adding new flooring.
