Our Process

We start with a free initial conversation to understand your project and your needs. It’s also a chance to get to know us and how we can help you. During that conversation, we will identify the scope of your project and a potential timeline.

Next, we will get back to you within a week with a cost estimate and more details on the timeline. If it’s a larger project, we may recommend an initial scoping, feasibility, and conceptual design phase that could take anywhere from two - six weeks to determine the scope of work, costs, and timeline.

Based on the timeline, we will kick off the project! Your ROI Renovations team will include a project lead (Barbara), designer, and contractor, all of whom will be involved from start to finish. That core team will be assisted by a construction team that may include specialists such as a plumber, an electrician, a roofer, and an HVAC contractor.

We always include a designer in the process who is thinking through the desired end state of the renovations, in all its details, from the very beginning.

The project lead will be in regular contact with you throughout the project and available to discuss any questions and requests you may have.
