Duplex Renovation
Transformation of a dated Nevada duplex.

Exterior renovations included a new roof, new siding, new windows, additional windows, and extensive landscaping. A new paver driveway was made leading back to unit B, along with a patio and hot tub pad.
Interior renovations included restoring the property to a duplex layout. The work in Unit A included a gut renovation of both the kitchen and two bathrooms. The work on unit B included gut renovations of the kitchen and all three bathrooms, adding a laundry room, and finishing the basement. New plumbing and new HVAC systems were installed in both units.
